Godwin Lane Regional Pond

A borrow pit was recently dontated to Escambia County with the intent to repurpose the borrow pit to a regional stormwater pond on Godwin Lane.  The improved drainage system will reduce stormwater runoff to a gulley along the southern boundary of Floridian Phase 2 Subdivision.  The improvements will eliminate the need for an onsite pond for a proposed development, utilizing instead the Godwin Lane pond for stormwater runoff.
