Galvez Boat Ramp

The Galvez Boat Ramp project consists of the following:

  • Relocation of the boat ramps and docks to the end of Cruzat Way. The boat ramp will consist of a single ramp, wide enough for two boats to be launched simultaneously into the Intracoastal Waterway. The boat ramp and accessory docks will provide for safe and convenient use for all persons and be compliant with all ADA and Universal Access regulations.
  • Construction of a permanent restroom facility. The restroom will provide safe and convenient use for all persons and compliance with all ADA and Universal Access regulations.
  • Reconfiguration of the parking area to provide for at least 44 parking spaces for vehicles with trailers, and at least 16 parking spaces for vehicles without trailers. The parking area will provide for safe and convenient use for all persons and be compliant with all ADA and Universal Access regulations.
  • Installation of sidewalk access to ramps, docks, parking, restrooms, adjacent park, etc. The sidewalks will provide for safe and convenient use for all persons and be compliant with all ADA and Universal Access regulations.
  • Reconstruction or resurfacing of Galvez Road and Cruzat Way.
  • Intersection improvements at Galvez Road & Innerarity Point Road and Cruzat Way & Innerarity Point Road, if required.
