Escambia County Engineering intends to develop construction plans for a roadway and drainage system on Frank Ard Road in District 5 as part of the Dirt Road Paving Program (DRP).
Frank Ard Road is approximately 2,676 linear feet or 0.51 miles of graded road surface located off Quintette Road. The County plans to construct a minimal 22-foot-wide asphalt roadway with an accompanying drainage system within the existing and acquired right-of-way.
