The Ferry Pass Community Center project, located at 8800 North 9th Avenue in District 4, is an existing 8,000 SF +/- building on the site to be renovated into the proposed Community Center by Escambia County Facilities Management.
The Escambia County Construction Management Division will manage the site improvements around the existing building, including but not limited to, a new parking lot, stormwater attenuation and detention, landscaping, and lighting.
