The Engineering Division of Escambia County intended to construct a roadway and drainage system on Conference Road as part of the Dirt Road Paving Program (DRP).
Conference Road is approximately 1,592 linear feet or 0.3 miles of graded road surface located in District 5 off Chemstrand Road.
It was the intent of the County to construct a minimal 22’ asphalt roadway with accompanying drainage system within existing and acquired right-of-way. The contract was closed due to the cost of Real Estate acquisition needed to bring Conference Road to current County standards exceeding the budget for this project.
