The Cody Lane and Johnson Avenue Drainage Improvements project is located in District 3. This project will address erosion concerns within the unopened right-of-way at the intersection of Cody Lane at East Johnson Avenue. The project limits extend back 325 feet east of the intersection within the unimproved right-of-way. The proposed design includes regrading the eroded ditch and redirecting the existing outfall to the center of the right-of-way, utilizing 200 feet of a 24-inch-diameter pipe that ends with the construction of a 120-foot-long, 10-foot-wide paved ditch. This project will also serve to provide sufficient cover of an existing ECUA force main that has been exposed due to the erosion.
