In observance of Veterans Day, the following Escambia County offices will be closed Tuesday, Nov. 11:
- Escambia County Board of County Commissioners (all departments)
- Escambia County Administration
- Escambia County Area Transit Administrative Offices and Customer Service
- Escambia County Department of Animal Welfare and Animal Shelter
- Escambia County Extension Office
- Escambia County Waste Services Administration
- West Florida Public Libraries (all locations)
- Escambia County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller (all offices)
- Escambia County Property Appraiser
- Escambia County Supervisor of Elections
- Escambia County Tax Collector
Please note the updated closure time for the Perdido Landfill:
- The Perdido Landfill will close at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11. Normal operating hours will resume Wednesday, Nov. 12.
ECAT Bus Schedule:
- ECAT will not run regular bus service or UWF trolley service on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
- FlexTransit will only run life-sustaining services on Nov. 11. Rides must be booked by 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 10.
- Regular ECAT service and operations will resume on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
