Escambia County Corrections will host a career fair Friday, March 14 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the lobby of the Escambia County Correctional Facility, located at 3080 N. Pace Blvd.
During the event, potential candidates will have the chance to speak one-on-one with members of Corrections and interview for open positions. Staff will also be available to share more information on county benefits including sign-on bonuses for select positions, healthcare coverage, retirement packages, and more.
Open positions include:
- Corrections Officer (Certified - $8,000 sign-on bonus)
- Corrections Officer (Trainee/School - $5,000 sign-on bonus)
- Detention Assistant I
- Emergency Medical Technician
- Jail Program Coordinator - Detention/Jail Commissary
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Medical Services Director (MD or DO)
- Mental Health Counselor
- Paramedic - Full-time ($10,000 sign-on bonus)
- Registered Nurse
