The media is invited to attend the Escambia County Summer Youth Employment Program Ceremony. During the ceremony, approximately 200 youth workers will be recognized by Escambia County Chairman and District 3 Commissioner Lumon May and Neighborhood & Human Services staff.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Youth Employment Program gives 16 to 24-year-olds the opportunity to earn paid work experience in various county departments, including Animal Services, Building Services, Community and Media Relations, County Attorney, Development Services, District 3 County Commissioners Office, Engineering/Traffic, Extension Services, Facilities Management, IT, Library Services, Escambia County Area Transit, Neighborhood and Human Services, Parks and Recreation, Public Safety, Supervisor of Elections and the Escambia County School District.
