This informative class is open to anyone interested in learning how to preserve fruits and vegetables. No prior experience is necessary.
Registration is required to reserve a spot. Registration is available online for $15 plus an event fee, or by check for $13. Click here to register online. Checks can be made out to University of Florida and mailed to UF/IFAS Escambia Extension, 3740 Stefani Road, Cantonment, Fla. 32533. The deadline to register is Wednesday, March 22.
