Community Health Northwest Florida Temporarily Closing Jordan Street Location on Monday, Jan. 17

On Monday, Jan. 17, Community Health Northwest Florida will be temporarily closing their walk-in clinic at 14 W. Jordan St. due to unforeseen building maintenance. To accommodate individuals needing urgent or walk-in care, a special walk-in clinic at the main site, located at 2315 W. Jackson St., will be opened Monday, Jan. 17, from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. 

Since Monday, Jan. 17, is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, all other Community Health Northwest Florida adult care sites will be closed.
