Public Input Wanted for Brownsville Park Improvements

Published Oct 21, 2021

On Monday, Oct. 25 from 4-6 p.m., stop by the Brownsville Park to share ideas and help improve the park. Designers from Jerry Pate Design will be there to hear community input and share exciting possibilities for the park. Whether you would like to see barbecue grills, a pavilion, landscaping, or play areas, no idea is too big or small to help improve Brownsville Park.

The Brownsville Park improvements are part of the new Pensacola Design Project, an initiative that involves local designers donating time to collaborate with communities on ways they can improve. Once public input is received on improvements for the Brownsville Park, the Jerry Pate Design team will draft a park design to present to Escambia County at a later date.

Brownsville Park is located at 3275 W. Gonzales St. across from the Brownsville Community Center. For more information, please call (850) 687-9968 or email christian@sustainabletownconcepts.com.

One or more Escambia County Board of County Commissioners may be in attendance.
