ECAT Schedule Changes

ECAT will begin the Parade Route schedule as per our current Ride Guide at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 29 due to the Pensacola Grand Carnivale Parade. During ALL parades in the Downtown area, all bus routes that normally go to the Downtown Transfer Center will detour to Government Street via A Street. Transfer Center Stops will be made on the south side of Government Street near Coyle Street. 

The following routes WILL NOT serve normal stops SOUTH of Cervantes during Parades: 2, 31, 32, 45 and 59X

The following routes WILL NOT serve normal stops EAST of A Street during Parades: 48, 57, 58 and 59X

Detours are subject to change based on parade line-up and traffic conditions. Contact ECAT at 850-595-3228 for more information.

Schedules
Escambia County Area Transit has discontinued service for the Route 61 detour across the Garcon Point Bridge. Normal schedules for Route 61 and Route 64 Beach Jumper have started.

Beginning Tuesday, June 1 please note the following schedules:
Regular Service: Routes:  1, 2, 32, 44, 47, 48, 50, 51, 52, 55, 57, 58, 59X, 60, 61 and 64 Beach Jumper
Beach Trolley Service: Monday- Sunday 4 p.m. – midnight, Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day Weekend

Modified Routes: 
  • Route 31, 43, and 63: Runs Monday through Saturday every two hours (Saturday Schedule)
  • Route 45: Runs Monday through Saturday only every hour beginning at 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • UWF Trolley: (Summer Schedule) UWF Express Service runs Monday – Saturday
