There was a great turnout last night at the public workshop for the Perdido Key Drive at Johnson Beach Road Intersection Project at the Perdido Key Community Center, 15500 Perdido Key Drive.
This meeting served as the last opportunity to express public input before design is finalized. If you were unable to attend the original presentation on June 11, 2020, you can watch the video, view the slide deck and submit your comment online. The comment form will close Saturday, May 1 at midnight.
This project will play a critical role in connecting people safely from the newly-proposed multi-use path along Perdido Key Drive to Johnson Beach as well as provide safety and intersection improvements.
Following the public meeting, this project will move into the design phase for an estimated nine to 12 months (including permitting).
