The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced it is temporarily closing the Business Recovery Center located in Escambia County in observance of Veteran’s Day. The Center will be closed for SBA disaster assistance on Wednesday, Nov. 11, and will resume regular operations at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 12.
In accordance with precautions for COVID-19, the SBA established protocols to help protect the health and safety of the public. Visitors to the BRCs are encouraged to wear a face mask. The Escambia County Center is located at:

Hours: Sunday-Saturday (7 days a week) 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (CST)
Closed: Wed., Nov. 11 in observance of Veterans Day
Reopens: Thursday, Nov. 12 at 8 a.m.
Applicants may apply online using the Electronic Loan Application (ELA) via the SBA’s secure website at
DisasterLoanAssistance.sba.gov/.

The filing deadline to return applications for physical property damage is Dec. 1, 2020. The deadline to return economic injury applications is July 2, 2021.
