Fowler Avenue Lane Closure Extended Due to Inclement Weather

Due to inclement weather and utility conflicts this week, the Fowler Avenue lane closure that began on Tuesday, July 21 will be extended an additional seven days from Friday, July 31 to Friday, August 7. If roadway closures are necessary beyond the above-described time periods, another notice will be issued.

Southbound traffic will be detoured from Fowler Avenue to West Nine and One Half Mile Road, south to Cove Avenue, then back to Nine Mile Road. Northbound traffic will be detoured west along Nine Mile Road to Cove Avenue, east onto West Nine and One Half Mile Road, back to Fowler Avenue. 

Every effort will be made to expedite construction efforts in order to reopen the road on or before Friday, August 7.

If other lane or roadway closures are necessary beyond the anticipated time period, another notice will be issued.
