The $1.5 million bridge replacement project also includes new guardrail, drainage improvements, milling and resurfacing, and new signs and pavement markings. Hanks Road will be closed during construction. Drivers west of the bridge will be detoured to County Road (C.R.) 99 and C.R. 4. Drivers east of the bridge will be detoured east on Hanks Road to Pine Barren Road. The project is anticipated to be complete fall 2019.
All activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or re-scheduled in the event of inclement weather. Drivers are reminded to use caution when traveling in a work zone and to watch for construction workers and equipment entering and exiting the roadway.
