Intermittent lane closures of this portion of Rebel Road are necessary to allow for Site & Utility to install a new storm inlet, a new storm drain pipe, install a concrete shoulder gutter, and establish the grade along the shoulders of the road. Residents within the closed portion of the road will be allowed access to their property at all times.
The roadway closure is expected to remain in effect for two weeks and every effort will be made to expedite construction efforts in order to reopen the road on or before Thursday, Sept. 20.
If other lane or roadway closures are necessary beyond the anticipated time period, another notice will be issued.
