Graphic Novel Group
Join Pop Comics owner Harley Orr and Pensacola Library staff in a discussion of a graphic novel decided on during the July meeting. The group meets monthly to discuss graphic novels.
WFPL Author Spotlight: Jamie Dickerman
In addition to having published poetry, short stories and novels, Jamie Dickerman has worked as a grant writer and a marketing professional. Her days and her writing alike are fueled by strong coffee, humor, people watching, and just enough daydreaming to craft imaginative novels. A native of New Mexico, she recently relocated to the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida with her fiancé and their beloved pack of pups.

Pet Partners: Read With Me™
School-aged children are invited to register for a 15-minute session to pick a book and practice reading with a furry friend. Dogs and handlers are coordinated through Pet Partners and Cherry Point Dog Training, Inc. Preregistration is requested.
Summer Reading Club
Summer Reading Club for Adults and Youth
WFPL has a summer reading program for adults and youth. The program began Tuesday, May 29 and will run until Saturday, Aug. 4. Register at any WFPL location. Remember, audiobooks are not cheating.
Summer Reading Club Wrap-up Parties
Children will play games, receive prizes and celebrate the end of the summer reading program.

Open STEAM Lab – Pensacola Library
Would you like to explore some of the robots and other technology tools that West Florida Public Libraries owns? Would you like to become trained to use the machines in the Technology Lab? Drop into the STEAM Lab during our open hours and staff will assist you in getting started with robotics, virtual reality or the Silhouette machines.
LEGO® Night – Pensacola Library
Visit the craft room to create with LEGO®. There will be building challenges and open play. Best enjoyed by ages 2 and up; parent or caregiver must be present.

GED Classes – Molino Branch Library
Earn your GED at the Molino Community Center. Classes are held Monday and Thursday evenings from 6-8 p.m. in the Molino Community Center.
