- Play, Learn, Grow Summer Camp and Teen Leadership Program: Monday, June 4 through Friday, Aug. 10 (two sessions). Play, Learn, Grow offers a stimulating environment for youth ages 5-12, with recreation, arts and crafts, educational activities and more. The Teen Leadership Program is open to youth ages 13-15. The program is $35 per session, per family (up to four children), which includes breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack.

- Senior Night Out: First, third and fourth Fridays of each month from 6-9 p.m. Members and guest. Free coffee, dancing, fellowship and entertainment by Curtis Hall and the Wesco Stage Band. The fourth Friday is James Thompson and the Country Classics Band. Attendees may bring a snack to share with others.
- Monthly Luncheon: Saturday, July 14. All food provided by the center. Members only; must be a member at least 30 days prior to the luncheon date. Entertainment, food, fellowship, door prizes.
- Surtta Health Care Information Session: Wednesday, July 11 at 9:30 a.m. A representative from Surtta Health Care will share information and answer questions about health care options and care.
- AARP Drivers Safety Class: Saturday, July 21 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. $15 for AARP members, $20 for nonmembers. Must pay the day of the class via check or money order. Sign up in advance at the front office.
- Barbecue Bingo Day: Wednesday, July 25 from 10:30-11:45 a.m. Barbecue sandwich plates will be available to purchase for those attending bingo. Sign up in advance at the front office.
- Final Meeting for Virginia Beach Trip: Saturday, July 28 at 10 a.m. All balances for the trip must be paid at the meeting.
