The Marcus Pointe Commerce Park property is a single parcel located at 5000 Commerce Park Circle. It is zoned for a variety of commercial and industrial uses and is approximately nine acres. The buyer is obligated to improve the land within one year of purchase. Additionally, the buyer must submit a "Notice of Intended Use of Property" to the county prior to bidding to ensure zoning feasibility. Live bidding will begin Wednesday, Jan. 24 at 6 a.m. and close Wednesday, Feb. 7 at 8 p.m.
Twenty-one vacant lots on Innerarity Island are also available for purchase. This is a private, gated community with a community park and picnic area. A wide variety of lots are available, including waterfront, water view and interior cul-de-sac lots. Live bidding will begin Wednesday, Jan. 24 at 6 a.m. and close Wednesday, Feb. 7 between 7-10 p.m.
