The visit by President Donald Trump on Friday, Dec.8 will require law enforcement to close several streets in the downtown Pensacola area. At approximately 1 p.m., the following roads will be closed:

  • I-110 southbound at Cervantes Street
  • Chase Street from Tarragona to 9th Avenue
  • Gregory Street between 9th Avenue and Tarragona Street
  • Garden Street between Tarragona Street and Alcaniz Street
  • Alcaniz Street will be closed at Wright Street southbound, and Garden Street north bound
  • Florida Blanca Street will be closed at Chase Street

No one will be allowed on the Bay Center property after 1 p.m. Those with tickets will be permitted onto the property once screening begins approximately 4 p.m. Any vehicle left on Barrancas Avenue from the Bayou Chico Bridge to Garden Street, and Garden Street to Alcaniz Street, will be towed at no expense to Spring Street south of Garden Street. There is no parking on Garden Street after 1 p.m.

Other streets may be effected depending upon the final route of the motorcade. Officers will be stationed at several locations along the route to assist motorists in finding alternate routes to their destinations.

ADA parking can be accessed by traveling south on Alcaniz to Wright streets. Once the lot is full, individuals can be dropped off only.

Once a ticket holder leaves the secured area, they will not be permitted to return.
