ICYMI - FDOT Suspension of Lane Closures on State Roads

Effective immediately and until further notice, there will be no lane closures on all state roadways, including limited access roads (Interstate 10/Interstate 110).  This includes the following projects in Escambia County:

  • 12th Avenue over Bayou Texar
  • S.R. 292 (Gulf Beach Highway) from Merritt to 3rd Street 
  • Bayou Boulevard from Baisden Road to U.S. 90
  • Blue Angel Parkway from Blue Angel Lane to Pine Forest Road
  • I-10 @ state line and Florida Welcome Center – landscape
  • S.R. 727 (Fairfield Drive) from U.S. 90 to Pace Boulevard
  • Davis Highway from Fairfield Drive to Langley Avenue
  • S.R. 292 (Perdido Key Drive) from the Alabama state line to the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge
  • Nine Mile Road from Beulah Road to I-10
  • Nine Mile Road from I-10 to Pine Forest Road
  • Nine Mile Road from Pine Forest Road to U.S. 29
  • I-10 from Davis Highway to Scenic Highway
  • Pensacola Bay Bridge replacement
