Bill Nelson to discuss opportunities for Escambia County to work with the federal government and its agencies. Some of those topics include local RESTORE projects and federal matching, Gulf Islands National Seashore, military operations in Northwest Florida and continued flood mitigation from the April 2014 flooding event.
Escambia County Commissioners were invited to meet with Nelson during his stop in Pensacola today, where he will be visiting city hall at 10:45 a.m. One or more county commissioners may be in attendance.
