Regency Park Reopens After Sustaining Storm Damage

Published Mar 3, 2016

Regency Park, located at 8245 Fathom Road, reopened Thursday, March 3 to the public. The park, which is just off Olive Road and Squire Road, was closed due to fallen trees and debris from last week's storms which can be seen in the included photos. The Escambia County Parks and Recreation Department would like to thank the public for their understanding while park crews cleaned up and safeguarded the area.

Following last week's storms, the Parks Department completed inspections and assessments of effected parks. With the exception of Regency Park, all parks were clear with no damage and open to the public.
