Night Work on State Roads in Escambia County

Drivers will encounter minor traffic disruptions on the following state roads in Escambia County, as crews perform sewer work from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 16, and Thursday, Dec. 17, and Monday, Dec. 21, and Tuesday, Dec. 22.

  • State Road (S.R.) 292 (Pace Boulevard) from Garden Street to Chase Street.
  • S.R. 30 (U.S. 98/Garden Street) from South Devilliers Street to South Reus Street.
  • U.S. 98 (Garden Street) from north Tarragona Street to North Jefferson Street.
  • U.S. 98 (Garden Street) at Spring Street.
  • U.S. 98 (East Gregory Street) from 10th Avenue to 11th Avenue.

All activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Motorists are reminded to use caution, especially at night, when traveling in a work zone and to watch for construction workers and equipment entering and exiting the roadway.
