'Move & Groove' with the Ebonwood Community Center Senior Program

Local seniors living in Escambia County who are looking to form new friendships, remain active and live a more vibrant life are encouraged to become a member of the Ebonwood Community Center Seniors Program, which kicks off Monday, Nov. 30.

The new, FREE program is aimed at residents ages 55 and older, and will be held every Monday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Ebonwood Community Center, located at 3511 W. Scott St. Activities for participants will include arts and crafts, creative writing, book discussions, quilting, knitting, card games, bingo, computer classes and more. The program will also host recreation and fitness classes, as well as free income tax completion and filing services.
