Safety Improvement Project Begins on U.S. 29

Construction activities will begin the week of Nov. 9, 2015 on State Road 95 (U.S. 29) in Escambia County.

This $893,000 project consists of guardrail upgrades, sidewalk replacement, pedestrian railing, ditch pavement and signalized pedestrian crossings along a fifteen mile stretch of U.S. 29 from north of Champion Drive to the Alabama state line.
