Published Jun 17, 2015

Escambia County will host five community workshops intended to introduce the public to the Resources and Ecosystems Sustainability, Tourist Opportunities, and Revived Economies (RESTORE) project submission portal. The portal is expected to open the first week of July and will remain open for 90 days.

The purpose of the workshops is to introduce the public to the portal, answer questions regarding application preparation and submission, and encourage collaboration. Citizens are also encouraged to bring their own projects and ask one-on-one questions.

A current schedule of the workshops are listed below:

(District 2) - Monday, June 22, Lexington Terrace Community Center (700 S. Old Corry Field Road), 5:30 p.m.

(District 3) - Monday, July 13, TBA, 5:30 p.m.

(District 1) - Tuesday, July 21, Beulah Senior Citizen Center (7425 Woodside Road), 5:30 p.m.
