ECAT Youth Art Contest Winners & "Dump the Pump" Event

Escambia County Area Transit (ECAT) will announce the winners of its first ECAT Youth Art Contest during a special event on Thursday, June 18, at 10:30 a.m., at ECAT’s main office, located at 1515 W. Fairfield Drive. The ceremony is part of the 10th National Annual “Dump the Pump” Day at ECAT which supports riding public transit.

The grand prize winners' artwork will be unveiled as an art showcase on an ECAT bus, and other activities will include musical entertainment and much more. ECAT has invited all the youth artists and their families that are receiving awards to the event, with support for the contest coming from Escambia County School District art teachers, the Pensacola Museum of Art, T. T. Wentworth, Jr. Florida State Museum and other local partners.
