The following is an update on Florida Department of Transportation maintenance activities scheduled on state roads in Escambia County for the week of June 8, 2015.
- Interstate 10 (I-10) there will be a mobile operation in east and westbound lanes over the Escambia Bay Bridge on Monday, June 8, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., as crews repair highway lighting.
- Interstate 110 (I-110) there will be a mobile operation in the north and southbound lanes between the Brent Lane ramp and the I-10 ramp on Monday, June 8, from 8 p.m. to midnight, as crews repair highway lighting.
- Interstate 10 (I-10) there will be a mobile operation in east and westbound lanes between State Road 291/Davis Highway and the Santa Rosa County line on Wednesday, June 10, and Thursday, June 11, from 8 p.m. to midnight, as crews repair highway lighting.
All activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or re-scheduled in the event of inclement weather. Motorists are reminded to travel with care through the work zone, especially at night, and to watch for construction equipment and traffic flaggers entering and exiting the roadway.
