Salient to Host Centers of Excellence Expo in Pensacola

Salient Federal Solutions, a leading provider of information technology, training, engineering, and intelligence analytics services to agencies in the intelligence, defense, homeland security, cyber security and federal civilian markets will host a Centers of Excellence (CoE) Expo at Heritage Hall (130 E Government St.) on Wednesday, April 8, starting at 4 p.m. The event will be a chance to meet city leaders and explore Salient’s Technical Centers of Excellence.

This expo is focused on demonstrating Salient’s four Centers of Excellence: Agile Software Development, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, and Mobility. Doug Underhill, Escambia County Commissioner for District 2 will share his perspective on the unique work-life balance and quality of life Escambia offers, as well as our "community approach" to workforce development that manifests itself in events like CyberThon and the iTen Wired Conference. Ashton Hayward, Mayor of Pensacola, will give opening remarks. Quint Studer, local entrepreneur/visionary will provide his insights about the future of Pensacola.
