Need Help from the Neighborhood Beautification Team?

Escambia County residents are our eyes and ears in the community. If you see potholes, overgrown grass on a right-of-way or another issue, we want to know. Service requests can be submitted to the Public Works Department's Neightborhood Beautification Team through their Customer Service Request Line (850-494-5860).

The Roads Department offers the following services:

• Rights-of-way mowing and cutting of overgrowth
• Pothole repair
• Street sign maintenance
• Litter removal along roadways
• Street sweeping
• Retention pond maintenance
• Sidewalk maintenance (mowing, edging, trip hazards)
• Tree trimming and removal of low-hanging limbs
• Dirt road grading
• Ditch cleaning and maintenance
• Driveway maintenance (earthen driveways only)
