Participate in Online Survey to Help City, County Fund Drainage Projects

Published Jan 20, 2015

Escambia County and the City of Pensacola are currently working together to apply to HUD’s National Disaster Resilience Competition to fund projects in the Pensacola Bay Eastern Sub-basin.  The NDRC is offering $1 billion nationwide for projects that protect communities from future natural hazards and promote resiliency at the state and local level. In August of 2012, Escambia County was impacted by Hurricane Isaac, qualifying the Eastern Sub-basin as a target area for funding in the competition. In order to meet threshold requirements, the application must establish a tie-back to damage sustained in the Eastern Sub-basin during Hurricane Isaac. Please help Escambia County and the City of Pensacola identify the type and extent of damage that Hurricane Isaac caused by completing this survey. You may access the surveys at the following links:

?Responses will be collected until Friday, January 23rd, 2015.
