Escambia County to Remodel Regency Park

The Escambia County Parks and Recreation Department will begin a remodel of Regency Park, 8245 Fathom Road, on Monday, October 20. The remodel will take two to three months to complete and during this time the park will be closed for safety precautions. Once completed the park will include a walking track, basketball court, exercise equipment, playground, pavilion and enhanced parking. The cost of this remodel is $400,000 and has been funded by the Local Option Sales Tax.

A ribbon cutting ceremony will be scheduled upon completion and will be announced at a later date.
