Escambia County has recently hired the Dewberry consulting firm in partnership with the University of West Florida Haas Center. The consultants will provide the economic expertise and American Compliance Technologies, which will provide the public knowledge to assist the Committee in the development of the Multiyear Implementation Plan (MYIP) that is required for the release of RESTORE funds under the Act.
