As of June 30, Pensacola Bay Transportation will no longer provide services in Escambia County for the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged (CTD) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in Escambia County.
Beginning July 1, CTD and ADA customers will be provided service through the Escambia County Community Transportation Center.
Escambia County is encouraging the affected passengers to contact the Community Transportation Center now to ensure they do not experience a disruption of service after June 30. CTD and ADA passengers will need to book their transportation needs with the Community Transportation Center before July 1 through one of the following methods:

Pensacola Bay will continue to provide private pay and some Medicaid-sponsored services in Escambia County.
