Complete Your Personal Health Assessment at the Florida Blue Center in July

During the month of July, complete your personal health assessment by going to the Florida Blue center, 1680 Airport Boulevard.

Make an appointment with a Care Nurse by going to the Florida Blue center – Pensacola online portal here: www.floridabluecenters.com/pensacola. After clicking on the link, select “Appointments” then “Escambia County BOCC employees” and “schedule your annual health assessment” at the bottom of the page.

Appointments at the Florida Blue center must be made 24 hours in advance and are available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.  The completion of the personal health assessment and health coaching will take 30 to 45 minutes.

All employees that complete a personal health assessment during the month of July are eligible to participate in a drawing to win prizes.
