ECUA Spills More Than 1,000 Gallons of Wastewater Into Tributary

The Florida Division of Emergency Management has confirmed a report from the State Watch Office that Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) released more than an estimated 1,000 gallons of wastewater into a tributary draining into upper Escambia Bay today.

Clean up actions have not yet begun and residents are advised to contact ECUA Customer Service at (850) 476-0480 or visit the ECUA website at www.ecua.fl.gov with any questions.
