As of 12 p.m., the Escambia County Building Inspections Damage Assessment Team has confirmed 1252 residential homes with major damage from 12 inches or more of water, 930 residential homes have minor damage and 3 residential homes were destroyed, as well as 50 commercial businesses with major damage. The team will continue damage assessment inspections throughout the weekend.
The Escambia County Shelter Transition Team will be coordinating the housing needs of County residents, along with other community partners and agencies, in assisting persons to return to either temporary or permanent housing while homes are being repaired. An American Red Cross shelter is located at the Fricker Community Center, 900 North “F” Street, Pensacola, is open and currently has 60 people at the shelter.

Effective immediately, the precautionary boil water notice issued for Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) customers located on the following area has been lifted:
- North Boundary: Interstate 10
- West Boundary: Tippin/12th Avenue
- East and Southern Boundaries: Escambia Bay and Pensacola Bay
