Escambia County Area Transit (ECAT) will hold its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business Workshop, “Transit Linking the Community to Business Opportunities,” co-hosted by Escambia County Commission Chairman Lumon May, District 3, on Wednesday, April 9. The workshop will take place from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the Woodland Heights Neighborhood Resource Center, 111 Berkeley, Drive, Pensacola.
This workshop is open to anyone who might be interested in:
• Learning about DBE
• What type of ECAT projects and opportunities are available for a DBE
• Networking with other minority and small businesses
An open house reception and facility tour for participants following the workshop will be held at ECAT’s Rosa Parks Terminal on Fairfield Drive. Lunch will be provided. Click here to RSVP for the reception by Monday, April 7, as space is limited.
