Pensacola Bay Watershed Workshop October 31

In cooperation with the Nature Conservatory, Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties will host the Pensacola Bay Watershed Workshop on Thursday, October 31, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the UF/IFAS Santa Rosa County Extension Office, 6263 Dogwood Drive in Milton.

The goals, criteria and projects to be discussed include the Gulf Restoration Strategy, Florida Consortium and the RESTORE Act.  The public are welcome to attend.

The third in a series of workshops, the group is working together to create a unified vision for the Pensacola Bay watershed by identifying and prioritizing projects that solve the most pressing environmental issues affecting the watershed.
