ECUA Sanitary Sewer Overflows

Sanitary sewer overflows (SSO) occurred on Saturday, October 12, 2013, as a result of sewer main breaks at:


• 8285 Six Pence Drive, the estimated overflow is 600 gallons, of which 300 gallons were recovered by vacuum truck and transported to and ECUA water reclamation facility for disposal.

• 2223 Berrydale Road, estimated overflow is 250 gallons.

The Escambia County Health Department and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection were notified.
