Escambia County School District, National Flight Academy form partnership

The Escambia County School District is partnering with the National Flight Academy (NFA) to offer the opportunity for 40 Escambia County students who are currently enrolled in seventh through ninth grades to attend the Ambition Experimental Pilot Program (AXP) at the NFA. The program will take place aboard the USS Ambition at the NFA July 28 to August 2, 2013.

The deadline to apply is May 31, 2013.  The selectees will be notified by mail on June 14.  If your child is selected, you will be required to complete an online registration form with the National Flight Academy.  Additionally, the National Flight Academy will require you to submit proof of insurance, immunization records, etc.
