Living with Snakes

Published Apr 29, 2013

Snakes are common in most Florida habitats. Snakes consume unwanted pests that can be expensive for humans to manage, providing a service to our home environment and theirs.

Join Escambia Extension Service for a Living with Snakes program that will discuss the natural history of snakes, how to properly handle a snake encounter and learn how to landscape to reduce the chances.

Program times and locations are as follows:

  • Thursday, May 9, 6 p.m. Mayfair Community Center, 701 S. Madison Drive, Pensacola
  • Thursday, May 30, 6 p.m. Gull Point Community Center, 7000 Spanish Trail Road, Pensacola
