Traffic Advisory: Upcoming Road Closures

Drivers throughout Escambia County may encounter intermittent lanes closures this week on several roadways, including:

  • Brent Lane, 1/4 mile east of Davis Highway, from 8 p.m. to midnight on December 4. This closure is for patchwork due to an ECUA water line break. Contact Kevin Johnson at (850) 968-0991 for information.
  • The Escambia Bay Bridge, from 9 p.m. on December 4 to 4 a.m. on December 5. Eastbound traffic on the I-10 across Escambia Bay Bridge will encounter alternating and intermittent lane restrictions as State Department of Transportation (DOT) crews perform joint repair work.
  • The intersection of 12th Avenue and Bayou Boulevard, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. on December 5 and December 6. Contact Brett Moylan, Project Manager at (850) 968-0991 for assistance.
