Escambia County Neighborhood and Human Services will host a contractor workshop Wednesday, Oct. 19 at 5:30 p.m. at the Brownsville Community Center, located at 3200 W. Desoto St. One or more Escambia County Commissioners may be in attendance.
The workshop will cover topics including county-run housing programs, the bidding process and eligibility requirements to work on these projects. The workshop is open to all licensed and insured general contractors eligible to work in Escambia County.
