Join us for a discussion of algal toxins and connection with everyday life. We will engage in an overview of freshwater and marine algal species capable of producing toxins, occurrence of toxins, and potential health, economic, and social impacts. There will be opportunity to examine local/regional algal toxin events and prospective solutions to these events.
