The Florida Department of Transportation is holding an Alternatives public meeting regarding the State Road 292 (Sorrento Road/Gulf Beach Highway) Project Development and Environment Study Tuesday, June 18 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Warrington, 105 Gulf Beach Highway, Pensacola.

This Alternatives meeting is being held to provide interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed improvements. The intent of this study is to evaluate the potential for improving the capacity of the existing Sorrento Road/Gulf Beach Highway corridor, from Blue Angel Parkway to Navy Boulevard.

Maps, drawings and other information will be on display at the meeting. FDOT Representatives will be available to discuss the proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments.

This meeting is being held without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
