NNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of the Special Magistrate to hold a Mediation beginning at 9:00 a.m. on June 11, 2019 at the Offices of the County Administrator and of the County Attorney, 221 S. Palafox Place, Fourth Floor, Pensacola, Florida, 32502 and an Evidentiary Hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m. on July 10, 2019 and July 11, 2019, in the Escambia County Central Office Complex, Room 104, 3363 West Park Place, Pensacola, Florida, to consider the following Request for Relief under Section 70.51, Florida Statutes, the Florida Land Use and Environmental Dispute Resolution Act:
